You need to take measurements with a soft centimeter tape. We recommend that you take measurements in your underwear (no extra clothing) and hold the band close to your body.

1. Growth
Stand barefoot next to a wall and measure your height from the top of your head to your feet.

2. Chest
It is measured with a centimeter tape at the most protruding points, under the armpits, behind the shoulder blades should be clasped.
