Returns

We allow free returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and in their original packaging with all labels and instructions intact.

Refunds will be issued as store credit, provided the returned item/s are approved. In case of exchange if the size or color of exchanging item/s is/are unavailable, we will issue store credit instead of an exchange. Goods sold with damage and incorrectly fulfilled orders can be returned for a full refund. Shoe returns require the items to be in brand-new condition. Certain items, including beauty and grooming products, underwear, candles, furniture, and vintage pieces are not eligible for returns. Gifted items and those from gift orders can only be refunded to the purchaser.
