These Terms and Conditions ("T&C" or "Terms") govern the use of the Website and the purchase of any products or services made available through the Website. The Website and its associated services are owned and operated by PRIVILEGE CORPORATION GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates with its registered head office located at Jumeirah Lake Towers, Cluster W, Oaks Liwa Heights, Office 3803, PO Box 127565, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Orders

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products or services listed in your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to, the unavailability of any product or service, errors in pricing or product information, or problems with payment. If we reject your order, we will refund any payment made by you.

Payment & Prices

All prices on the Website are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods, which may change from time to time. You are responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or other financial institution may charge for using a particular payment method. We reserve the right to refuse any payment method for any reason, including but not limited to, fraudulent or suspicious activity. All payments are processed in AED, and any exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your bank or financial institution are your responsibility.

Promotional Codes and Discount Schemes

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or discount schemes for use on the Website. Such codes and schemes are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of their offer. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any promotional code or discount scheme at any time without notice.

Gift Tagging and Messaging

We offer the option to include a gift tag and message with your purchase. You are solely responsible for the content of any gift message, and we reserve the right to refuse any message for any reason, including but not limited to, offensive or inappropriate content.

Order Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, we do not guarantee delivery within the estimated time and are not liable for any delay in delivery. We will deliver to the address specified in your order. If no one is available at the specified address to take delivery, we may leave a note for you to make alternate delivery arrangements. We reserve the right to charge you for any additional delivery costs incurred due to your unavailability or failure to make alternate delivery arrangements.

Returns and Exchanges

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases from our website. Please note that you may only return or exchange your Order on the terms stated below.

If you wish to return or exchange your Order, you must do so within 14 days of delivery by providing a written notice. You may provide a notice by email to customercare@privilege.boutique.

Once you have exercised your right to return or exchange, you must send the products back to Privilege Boutique within 14 days of the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw.

In case of a return, we will provide a Refund by crediting the equivalent points amount on your Account, which can be used only for purchasing via our website and cannot be exchanged, cashed out, transferred, or used outside of the website. Refunds will only be processed after we have approved the item/s returned. After approval, we will issue a Refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned, excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees.

In case of an exchange, we will provide a replacement item of the same size, color, or model. If the price of the item to be replaced is higher than the replacing item, we will refund the price difference by crediting the equivalent points amount on your Account. If the price of the item to be replaced is lower than the replacing item, you shall pay the price difference via our website.

Please note that shoe returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the shoes are in brand-new condition and without any damage to the items or their packaging. Shoes should only be tried on carpeted surfaces to avoid damage. Any items returned with scuffing, scratches, dents, or any type of damage and visible signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.

Bag and accessory returns and exchanges will be accepted if all designer packaging, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags, are included with your return.

Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us which were not purchased from Privilege Boutique. This includes personal items as well as items which may have been purchased from other third-party companies.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us within 14 days of Order receipt in unaltered, unused, and full saleable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents). Shoes must not have any sole or other damage. The items should be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Authenticity cards, where provided, should also be returned, accompanied by the original Order confirmation. Please take care to preserve the condition of any product packaging as damaged boxes may prevent re-sale and may mean that we cannot give you a full refund. Our agents may ask to inspect returned items at the point of collection, but that initial inspection does not constitute a guarantee of your eligibility for a full refund.

Intellectual Property & Content

Your use of our website and its contents does not grant you any copyright, design, trademark, or other intellectual property rights relating to the Content (as described below), including our software, HTML, or other code contained on the website. All such Content, including third-party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on our website, is typically protected by national and international intellectual property laws and treaties. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by us or the licensor of such Content. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Any failure to exercise or any delay by either party in exercising its rights or remedies under these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver thereof. The rights and remedies provided by these Terms are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining Terms (or parts thereof) will not be affected and will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English and Arabic. If there is any inconsistency between the English text and the Arabic text, the English text will apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and all disputes arising hereunder are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
